Can family members join from a computer?

Yes. Alongside the iOS and Android apps, there is a web app. They all use the same service and album access.

Can I remove someone’s access?

Yes. Manage people and invitations in album settings. Files already downloaded to someone else’s device cannot be retrieved by removing access.

Is Moments free?

Moments is currently free to use. Create an account and start with a private album.

Can iPhone and Android users collect photos together?

Yes. The iOS app, Android app and web app use the same service, so invited people can contribute across devices.

How do guests join my album?

Share an invitation link or your album’s QR code. You choose the permissions for invited people in album management.

Can I download an entire album?

Yes. The latest apps let you download an entire album as a ZIP. Album permissions determine whether an invited member can download it.

Does my album have to be public?

No. Keep your album private or share it with selected people. Check the visibility and invitation permissions in album management.
